Split Fiction has rewritten the record books for Electronic Arts on Steam, achieving an unprecedented milestone among premium titles. The developers have stunned the gaming community with a launch that shattered projections and redefined expectations.

Since debuting on PC through Steam, Split Fiction has outperformed all other EA-published games in player engagement. SteamDB metrics reveal the title peaked at over 197,000 concurrent players - establishing a new benchmark for paid EA games on the platform.

To put this achievement in perspective, EA's previous record-holder Battlefield V peaked at 116,000 concurrent users. The publisher's all-time Steam performance leader remains the free-to-play Apex Legends, which commands over 620,000 peak players.

Beyond breaking records, Split Fiction has earned remarkable player acclaim. Steam user reviews reflect an "Overwhelmingly Positive" rating with 98% approval, demonstrating both its commercial triumph and global player enthusiasm.
