"Squid Game Season 3 Release Date Confirmed by Netflix, New Images Released"
Netflix has officially announced that *Squid Game Season 3* will premiere on June 27, 2025. To build anticipation, the streaming giant unveiled a new poster and a series of images that offer fans "a tantalizing glimpse into the fate of the surviving players."
Continuing from where Season 2 concluded, Season 3 delves deeper into the harrowing journey of Gi-hun (played by Lee Jung-jae) as he navigates "overwhelming despair." Meanwhile, the Front Man (Lee Byung-hun) is strategizing his next move, and the stakes for the surviving players escalate with each round of the lethal games. Netflix promises that this season will "push the limits of suspense and drama," ensuring viewers remain captivated throughout.
The striking launch poster features a pink guard dragging a bloodied contestant toward a coffin adorned with a pink ribbon. "Gone is the rainbow-hued track of Season 2’s six-legged pentathlon; in its place, a vividly swirling flower-pattern floor ominously foreshadows the cutthroat finale to come," Netflix stated. The poster also teases the return of Young-hee and her companion Cheol-su, whose sinister silhouettes were first hinted at in last season’s post-credit scene, indicating even more brutal games ahead.
