The Doomsday: Last Survivors x Metal Slug 3 crossover event, running until October 31st (Halloween!), features a "Puzzle Event" where players collect puzzle pieces (via a gacha-style mechanic) to unlock rewards. These rewards include the new hero, Marco and Eri, a new vehicle, squad skins, armament sets, shelter skins, and much more—a veritable treasure trove of Metal Slug 3 themed cosmetics.

A "Metal Trial" challenges players to complete stages using pre-selected heroes with unique abilities. Additionally, a free-to-enter exclusive merchandise giveaway offers a chance to win custom gold accessories via in-game lucky draw events throughout September and October.
