Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 Officially Announced!
After months of anticipation fueled by rumors and hints, Activision has finally released the debut trailer for the much-anticipated remake: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4. This exciting project is being crafted by Iron Galaxy, stepping into the shoes of Vicarious Visions, the studio responsible for the successful THPS 1+2. Fans can look forward to enhanced graphics, the introduction of online multiplayer, and new playable characters such as Rayssa Leal, Nyjah Huston, and Yuto Horigome. The unveiled trailer highlights well-known locations like Airport, Tokyo, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, all brought to life with cutting-edge technology. Additionally, the trailer offers a side-by-side comparison, showcasing the remarkable graphical improvements over the original versions.
The game will feature iconic skaters including Tony Hawk, Bucky Lasek, and Rodney Mullen. Notably, Bam Margera will not be part of the lineup this time. Those who opt for the Digital Deluxe edition will unlock exclusive characters, Doom Slayer and Revenant. The developers are also committed to reviving the essence of the original games by including part of the classic soundtrack, featuring tracks from Motorhead, Gang Starr, and CKY, which will enhance the nostalgic feel of the game.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3+4 will hit the shelves on July 11, available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4/5, Xbox Series, and PC. Pre-order customers will enjoy early access to a demo in June and can dive into the full game three days ahead of the official release date.
