Get ready for epic battles on the go! Feral Interactive has just revealed that Total War: Empire, the critically acclaimed strategy game from Creative Assembly and SEGA, is coming to iOS and Android devices this fall. The release date and pricing will be shared soon.

This mobile version boasts intuitive touch controls optimized for phones and tablets, a revamped user interface, and exciting quality-of-life enhancements. Total War: Empire transports players to the 18th-century Age of Enlightenment, a period widely considered a high point in the series. A key feature for the mobile release will be the inclusion of real-time naval battles – a first for the Total War franchise on mobile platforms.

Before the fall launch, you can experience the definitive edition of Total War: Empire on Steam. I'm particularly eager to see how the game performs and looks on modern iOS hardware. Hopefully, details on DLC availability and pricing will be unveiled soon.

What are your thoughts on the announcement trailer? Have you played Total War: Empire before, and what are your expectations for the mobile version?
