Redeeming codes is straightforward, requiring only a few steps. New players should note that reaching level 16 (approximately one hour of gameplay) unlocks the redemption feature. Follow these instructions:

1. Launch Tree of Savior: Neverland.
2. Tap your avatar in the upper-left corner.
3. Select "Settings" (gear icon) in the lower-left of the Stats menu.
4. Navigate to the "Basic" tab.
5. In the "Customer Service" section, tap "Redeem Code."
6. Enter a code (copying and pasting is recommended) into the input field.
7. Tap "Confirm" to submit.
