The creators of Zenless Zone Zero have released a captivating new story trailer featuring the return of Evelyn Chevalier from ZZZ 1.5. This trailer showcases Evelyn undertaking various assignments, described as "generating spectacular shots," but a pivotal moment arises when she receives a commission for Astra Yao. The trailer hints at a less-than-successful completion, as Astra is now a singer in the ZZZ world with Evelyn serving as her assistant.

Gameplay-wise, Evelyn is an S-rank Fire-attribute heroine specializing in attack. Her unique ability allows her to focus on specific targets, drawing enemy attacks and initiating extended attack chains during basic attacks. When unleashing multi-stage or special attacks, she binds herself to the primary target with "Forbidden Bounds."

Her skills not only inflict damage but also generate Tribal Threads and Scorch Points, which can be used to activate powerful fire-based abilities, inflicting substantial damage on enemies. Many players familiar with the ZZZ leaks have already expressed their admiration for Evelyn, particularly her dynamic combat style—she dramatically removes her cape and uses it as a weapon against her foes.
