The stealth action adventure VIVA NOBOTS is now available for public alpha testing on Steam. The testing period runs for two weeks from April 24th to May 8th, 2025 (8:59 AM JST). Players can participate by visiting the game's Steam store page and clicking the "Request Access" button.

Development team SHUEISHA GAMES expressed their gratitude, stating: "We sincerely appreciate your support. If you try the VIVA NOBOTS prototype, we'd love to hear your honest feedback. Your input will help determine our path toward official release!"

Sneak, Steal, and Expose!

This innovative multiplayer experience pits 16 players against each other in treasure-hunting stealth matches. Players disguise themselves as NPC excavation robots (NOBOTs) while secretly hunting for ancient artifacts. The objective: collect treasures without detection to climb the wanted leaderboard.

The gameplay combines strategic disguise mechanics with a slot-machine styled excavation minigame that yields both loot and power-ups. Players must carefully navigate ruins filled with actual NPC robots while watching for opponents disguised among them.

Special Doubt Guns allow players to expose rivals' true identities - successfully catching opponents earns bonus rewards and stolen treasures. However, falsely accusing NPCs carries penalties. Adding to the challenge, security bots patrol the ruins, forcing players to maintain perfect cover.

Victory can be achieved by escaping with collected treasures or exposing three rivals to perform a triumphant "Victory Lap." Only the most cunning NOBOT will emerge victorious!
