Wuthering Waves Officially Reveals 5-Star Characters for Version 2.1
Wuthering Waves announces Phoebe and Brant as the next 5-Star Rinascita characters for Version 2.1. This follows the recent 2.0 update which introduced Carlotta and Roccia. Speculation based on in-game lore suggests Phoebe will be a Spectro unit and Brant a sword wielder, though their element and weapon types remain officially unconfirmed.
The 2.0 update, featuring a new story chapter and explorable areas, also debuted the 5-Star Glacio pistol-wielding Carlotta (currently available alongside Zhezhi until January 23rd), and the Havoc unit Roccia. With Phoebe and Brant's arrival, only Zani remains from the previously teased Rinascita characters. Further characters are rumored but unconfirmed.
Developer Kuro Games confirmed the news via official Twitter. Phoebe is expected to launch in Phase 1 of Version 2.1, with Brant following in Phase 2. Phoebe, an Acolyte of the Order of the Deep, is described as serene yet joyful. Brant, captain of the Fool's Troupe (Roccia's troupe), maintains a carefree exterior while prioritizing his troupe's safety. Both are anticipated to play crucial roles in future updates.
Version 2.0 is slated to conclude around mid-February. In addition to the new characters, the update includes a premium skin for Jinhsi and a free Sanhua skin obtainable via an event starting January 23rd. The addition of Phoebe and Brant significantly increases anticipation for Version 2.1.
