As we approach the end of the year, major titles are finalizing their last updates for 2025. MiHoYo is no exception, having officially announced that Zenless Zone Zero's version 2.5 update will launch on December 30th.

Fuel for the fire

Version 2.5 offers more than just new characters. Players can explore additional areas in the Waifei Peninsula, teaming up with Ye Shunguang to resolve chaos caused by the Qingming Sword.

The update also brings numerous quality-of-life enhancements and adjustments to help players transition into the New Year. Anby, Ellen, and Burnice have received buffs to improve their battlefield performance. Both new and returning users can access 2.5 events immediately through Advance Screening. This makes it an excellent opportunity to return to ZZZ or try it for the first time.
