AFK Journey's next season, "Chains of Eternity," brings exciting new content! This free-to-play RPG regularly receives seasonal updates featuring new maps, storylines, and heroes. Here's the release information:

Chains of Eternity Season Release Date
The global version of AFK Journey will unlock "Chains of Eternity" on January 17th.
Other regions and servers will gain access once their server reaches 35 days of age and players meet these prerequisites:
- Reach Resonance Level 240.
- Complete all pre-season AFK stages.
Meeting these requirements and having a server older than 35 days ensures simultaneous access to the new season.
What's New in Chains of Eternity?
Beyond the new map and story, "Chains of Eternity" introduces several new heroes and bosses:
- Lorsan (Wilder)
- Elijah and Lailah (Celestial)
- Illucia (Dream Realm boss)
Significant gameplay adjustments are also included: Daily AFK progress will be capped, and Paragon levels and Exclusive Equipment will be rebalanced. Paragon levels will offer greater impact, with a substantial boost to Exclusive Equipment upgrades from +15 to +20. This means investing in existing Supreme+ units yields higher returns, but at a greater cost.
