How to Complete The Lost Shipment in Brighter Shores
In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family requires your assistance in recovering a lost shipment of vital weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.
Quest Initiation:

Locate Brannof Hall's dining room, accessible from Brannof Boulevard near the Town Square. Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him again to receive both clues before proceeding.
Quest Completion:
To solve the mystery, investigate both leads. Remember to remove any Town Guard attire before questioning anyone.
Lead 1: Captain Shirker:

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible, in the southeast. After a meal at The Delectable Dab, he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat. Locate this individual in the Town Square.

He'll point you towards "The Illusion," a weapons dealer. To retrieve the weapons, you must impersonate "Sam," requiring a monobrow. Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).

Lead 2: The Hooked Hand:

Inquire at The Hooked Hand restaurant near Eel Street. You'll eventually learn to investigate The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

This requires catching a Fetid Flounder (Fishing Skill Level 25) from the Overgrown Pond, hiding a note (requires Quill, Ink, and Paper – found on Lord Brannof's desk) inside, and giving it to the Fishmonger.

Hide and observe; the buyer, a Furtive Stranger, will flee.

Follow him to Monab Row. Ensure your monobrow is visible (remove Guard armor). Identify yourself as "Sam" to gain entry, defeat the thief (Level 30), and retrieve the Plumbatae. Return the weapons to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
