• Crunchyroll Game Vault is growing with six upcoming releases
• This summer's lineup features Metal Slug Tactics and Two Strikes
• These new titles expand Game Vault's already extensive library

In the world of subscription gaming, Crunchyroll often flies under the radar as a surprising contender. While anime remains perceived as a niche interest, the platform's focus on Japanese games and cult classics appears to be paying off—especially considering the impressive six new summer releases currently in development.

With nearly all these games making their mobile debut, the sheer number is remarkable. Let's take a closer look...

• Pub Encounter - Starting strong with a visual novel launching today! In this romance-focused story, you'll visit a cozy, traditional pub and pursue relationships with several middle-aged men. Yes, that's the official premise.

• Grisaia Phantom Trigger Vol. 1 - This acclaimed visual novel finally arrives on iOS. Featuring guns, girls, and shooting action, it offers a straightforward "kinetic novel" experience with minimal player input.

• Metal Slug Tactics - Rocket lawnchair! The classic run-and-gun series evolves into tactical RPG combat, allowing you to deploy the entire Metal Slug team against familiar enemies in strategic turn-based battles.

• Phantom Breaker: Ultimate Battle Grounds - A satisfying retro beat 'em up adapted from the popular fighting game series. Ideal for fans of River City Girls or Streets of Rage.

• Shin-chan: Me and the Professor on Summer Vacation - Shin-chan's summer adventures continue in this beautifully animated game filled with mystery and wonder.

• Two Strikes: Potentially the most exciting title on the list. This Hellish Quart-inspired duelist gives you just one decisive strike to defeat opponents in stylized samurai combat. Perfect for Masamune enthusiasts.

Each of these releases would be noteworthy alone, but they're being rolled out throughout summer with pre-registration available now. You'll have plenty to play while escaping the summer heat in the shade!
