The Pokémon TCG Pocket Space-Time Smackdown booster packs have arrived, promising a meta shakeup. Unlike the Mythical Island release, players must choose between Dialga and Palkia packs. This guide helps you decide.

How to Identify Dialga vs. Palkia Pack Contents

The Space-Time Smackdown set offers two distinct packs: one featuring Dialga, the other Palkia. Each pack contains different cards with varying pull rates. To view these rates, hover over the desired pack on the selection screen and select "Offering Rates." This will display a complete list of included cards and their probabilities.

Dialga or Palkia Packs: Which to Prioritize?

Your pack choice depends on your goals. Target the pack containing your favorite Pokémon or focus on meta-relevant cards for competitive play.

The Verdict: Dialga or Palkia?

Dialga packs offer more high-power EX cards, making them the more competitive choice. However, Palkia packs provide strong supporter cards for alternative deck building. Ultimately, prioritize the pack containing your most desired cards. Save Pack Hourglasses and Pack Points to complete your collection.
