My Father Lied A Mesopotamia-themed Point and Click Title Launches in May
Uncover the mystery surrounding your father's disappearance in My Father Lied, a captivating point-and-click adventure game launching May 30th!
Ahmed Alameen, a writer and filmmaker, presents his debut title: a narrative-driven puzzle game inspired by Mesopotamian history. Step into the shoes of Huda, a young woman who embarks on a quest to unravel the truth behind her father's vanishing twenty years prior, a mystery deepened by the recent revelation of a previously unknown sibling.

Alameen, initially collaborating on the project, took the reins after a team split, mastering game design to bring his vision to life. Employing a unique blend of 2D and 360-degree imagery, including hand-crafted cutscenes, My Father Lied delivers stunning visuals optimized for even low-spec PCs. The gameplay involves classic point-and-click mechanics, challenging you to piece together images, decipher codes, and explore hauntingly beautiful environments. Alameen cites Myst, Heaven's Vault, and the works of H.P. Lovecraft as key influences.
Priced at $10.99/€, My Father Lied will be available on May 30th for PC (Steam), iOS (App Store), and Android (Google Play). Add it to your Steam Wishlist now! Mobile pre-registration isn't yet available. Stay updated on the latest news by following Lunar Games on X, Discord, TikTok, and Instagram. And don't miss the upcoming Kickstarter campaign!
