NetherRealm Studios has unveiled a new contender for Mortal Kombat 1: Madame Bo.

The latest trailer highlights her distinctive fighting style, utilizing bottles as weapons to dazzle foes before delivering a stunning Fatality that complements her tea-house theme. Her visual design is captivating and leaves a strong impression.

Within the MK1 narrative, Madame Bo runs a tea house and acts as a mentor to both Kung Lao and Raiden. She marks the second DLC addition, following T-1000, who differs by being fully playable from his reveal.

Fans speculate that this timeline's Madame Bo is actually Bo' Rai Cho in disguise. Clues include her name, combat style, use of alcohol, and smoking habit. This theory gains credibility given Liu Kang’s role in reshaping character identities in the new storyline.

Madame Bo arrives on March 18 for Kombat Pack 2 and Khaos Reigns owners, with general availability opening on March 25.
