"Teamfight Tactics Marks Six Years with Fan-Favorite Mode Return"
Teamfight Tactics continues to stand the test of time as one of the most beloved strategy games in the League of Legends universe. As it celebrates its sixth anniversary, fans are in for a treat with a series of exciting events, nostalgic gameplay modes, and exclusive rewards set to launch on June 11th!
Headlining this celebration is the much-loved game mode, Pengu's Party. As the ultimate homage to TFT’s mascot, Pengu, this mode brings back classic traits from previous sets—two from each past season—offering players a unique and dynamic experience filled with familiar favorites.
To add even more flair, Prismatic variants of these traits will also make an appearance, enhancing the fun and unpredictability of every match. But the festivities don’t stop there. Players who dive into the event can also complete special missions to unlock limited-time cosmetics, including the commemorative six-year bash emote and Cuppy, a brand-new Little Legend. Cuppy will be available for free through event rewards, with additional variants purchasable in the shop.
Party like it's 2020
Of course, there’s even more to explore beyond the core gameplay. The anniversary festivities include the Pengu's 6th Anniversary Arena and the Pengu's Party Portal—both offering fresh ways to celebrate in style. This event arrives at a perfect time, riding the wave of renewed interest in the League of Legends universe following the success of Arcane, further solidifying TFT’s place as a go-to title for both seasoned tacticians and casual players.
Mark your calendars—the celebrations run from June 11th all the way until July 15th, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the festivities.
