MiHoYo's upcoming action RPG, Zenless Zone Zero, unveiled exciting new content in a recent pre-release livestream. This version 1.0 showcase, just ahead of the July 4th launch, offers a final glimpse at gameplay, new areas, and characters before the game hits the App Store and Google Play.

Set in a post-apocalyptic New Eridu, the last human city after the devastating Hollows event, players take on the role of a "Proxy" to explore this urban fantasy world. A departure from MiHoYo's usual sci-fi and fantasy settings (Honkai and Genshin Impact), Zenless Zone Zero has the potential to be their biggest success yet.

High Stakes for MiHoYo?

Launching on July 4th, Zenless Zone Zero joins a portfolio of successful MiHoYo titles. Following the phenomenal success of Genshin Impact, the studio has continued to grow. Zenless Zone Zero's unique urban fantasy setting, highlighted by its prominent musical elements in the livestream, distinguishes it from previous works.

Will MiHoYo become a mobile gaming giant like Supercell? Only time will tell if Zenless Zone Zero's ambitious scope will resonate with players.
